PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERY BOX MUST BE FILLED IN - IF NOT RELEVANT PLEASE PUT NOT APPLICABLE/RELEVANT. THE FORM CAN NOT BE SUBMITTED IF BOXES ARE LEFT EMPTY. IT WILL ALSO NOT BE PROCESSED IF INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT.

Once submitted your application will automatically be passed to the Homechecking and Rehoming Teams, some of whom may not be part of FLOOF (but are a verified member of another homecheck association) and who will be in touch once all your references have been received. Please be patient - all our home check team are volunteers who have other jobs and lives. We will not tolerate any abuse to our volunteers.
YOU MUST supply two people to act as references for you (not relatives). REFEREES MUST HAVE KNOWN YOU FOR A MINIMUM OF THREE YEARS. Please enter their contact information where requested.
WE WILL NOT ARRANGE A HOMECHECK UNTIL REFERENCES ARE RECEIVED BY EMAIL (we do not accept telephone references) - so please advise your referees that we shall be in touch.
ALL THE TEAM ARE VOLUNTEERS SO PLEASE BE PATIENT WHILST WAITING FOR YOUR HOMECHECK TO BE ARRANGED.
ALSO PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU NO LONGER WISH TO BE ON OUR DATABASE FOR A DOG.
An adoption fee is payable when adopting a dog, this is used towards any health checks and medical needs of our dogs.
As a registered charity, we carry out all these checks to ensure the safe rehoming of all FLOOF dogs.
FLOOF will rehome dogs to people in flats, with or without gardens, with or without children. We rehome in the best interests of the dogs and their needs and requirements with special interest inb their safety.
